The beginning of this New Year has been very exciting and eventful. In this issue of the newsletter, we wish to share some of the recent trends and updates on our developments.

It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that Alpha G:Corp has been felicitated with the "Emerging Developer of the Year" award at the inaugural "Realty Plus Excellence Awards, 2008-09". I take this opportunity to congratulate everyone at Alpha G:Corp on this gratifying occasion and I am confident that we will achieve yet greater success in the coming years.

To celebrate the Indian festival season, Alpha G:Corp launched a "Festive Scheme" for the three integrated townships in Karnal, Kurukshetra and Fatehabad with tie-ups with financial institutions like HDFC and DHFL during the last quarter. This festive season scheme received overwhelming response with a large number of bookings for all the 3 townships.

I am also happy to announce that two of our major projects namely our integrated township; Alpha International City Karnal and City Centre project AlphaOne Amritsar are nearing completion. AlphaOne, the new emerging landmark of Amritsar, spread over 2 million square feet is one of the largest City Centre projects in Punjab. The well-designed City Centre will be operational soon. The township at Karnal has already started taking shape with various stages of development being completed.

The developments in Kurukshetra and Fatehabad are progressing at commendable speed. With the development of essential facilities nearing completion, the projects are envisaged to be ready before time.
